Kevin Sindhu brings over 20 years of distinguished commercial experience spanning clinical research business development, pharmaceutical sales, and medical devices. Across his career, he has built a reputation for accelerating clinical timelines and architecting high-performing partnerships that drive both clinical and commercial success.

Currently serving as the Director of Business Development and Strategy at Hometown Research, Ohio's largest privately owned urgent care-embedded research network, Kevin leads sponsor and CRO partnership development across six dedicated research sites spanning the Cincinnati, Dayton, and Columbus corridor.

A Legacy of Commercial Excellence

Prior to his leadership in clinical research, Kevin held senior commercial and strategic roles at some of the world's most innovative healthcare and medical technology organizations, including Lumenis, Cutera, Bayer Healthcare, and Merck Frosst. His relentless focus on strategic growth, client partnership, and operational execution has earned him six prestigious President's Club distinctions throughout his career.

The Intersection of Clinical Strategy and Technology

What sets Kevin apart in the clinical research space is his deep technical foundation. He holds a BSc (Honors) in Computer Science, Summa Cum Laude, from Strayer University, complemented by a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Sales & Marketing) from Simon Fraser University.

This rare combination of commercial business administration and hands-on enterprise IT systems management allows Kevin to deeply understand the technological infrastructure driving modern clinical trials, from complex network architectures to advanced eClinical data solutions. Furthermore, his clinical depth is reinforced by CCPE certifications in Cardiology, Infectious Diseases, and Pharmacoeconomics.
